This provides us with a detailed understanding of the existing and projected environment under consideration for development.

We use data such as job formation, in-migration projections and competitive analysis, which includes existing home sales and apartment rentals. We analyze the products of competitive builders by geographic sectors in our price range. With the national market currently expanding, Crosswinds is planning a growth of about 20 percent per year for the next three years. We expect this will improve efficiency and profitability.
