Crosswinds Communities’ Meadow Walk Readies for Grand Opening

New Housing Community in Grand Blanc to Open June 10

NOVI, MI – June 2, 2004 – Crosswinds Communities, a Novi-based company building single family homes, town homes, commercial developments and Master-Planned Communities in Michigan and five other states, is proud to announce the grand opening of its latest community, Meadow Walk, in Grand Blanc. The announcement was made by Crosswinds president Bernie Glieberman.

A grand opening VIP reception featuring local dignitaries is scheduled for June 10. Meadow Walk officially opens to the public on June 12.

Meadow Walk, located on Center Road between East Maple and Hill Roads in Grand Blanc Township, is located near golf courses and other recreational facilities, along with close proximity to prominent entertainment venues and shopping areas. Meadow Walk is located in the Grand Blanc school system.

Meadow Walk will offer 366 single-family home sites, with six styles to choose from, all with at least two bathrooms and from three to five bedrooms. In addition, one model, the Pembrooke, will offer one of today’s most popular features, a loft. Home sizes range from 1,500 to 3,450 square feet, with prices starting at $169,990.

“Meadow Walk is a perfect community to raise children, with all the amenities families need within a short distance,” Glieberman said. “We designed Meadow Walk to be a very pedestrian-friendly community, with sidewalks and street lights throughout. It’s a terrific compliment to the Grand Blanc area.”
