It looks like we'll be able to implement most if not all of the changes.

Some of the 5 suggestions will be easier than others to accomplish quickly. Here's a rundown of the suggestions and what we can do to implement them:

1. Remove frames.
We can do this, but the only widespread use if for the bottom info (phone #, link to contact form, e-mail to sales, EHO, Copyright/disclaimer, privacy policy [still no info for that page, by the way] )on each page. That allows us to have one bottom info file per community, so if there is a change to the phone number or anything in that section, we only change it once and upload one file and it changes throughout the site.

To minimize the time spent on this we could integrate the bottom info text onto every About the Community page, so we'd only have to change 2 files if there is a change, or we could just add it in white on the pages in addition to the iframe (but that requires opening every page as well as uploading all of the pages).

Currently, if you do a search for the name and phone number of the community, the search engines find those words for their use on the contact page for that community.

2. Most javascript in server-side includes.
We're looking into that right now - I don't know how important it is to shave miliseconds off the search engine spiders' time is, but if they think it will help, perhaps it's worth doing.

3. Link structure - "you can build a site index with text links to all pages."
It will be much more cost-effective to create the site index vs. changing all of the navigation throughout the sites.

4. Focus keywords for each page of your website.
This will take some pre-planning to determine what's best for each community and each page - since each community has similar elements, it should get easier once we nail down the strategy for the first community.

5. Optimize community pages.
These is encompassed in the changes in suggestion #4.
