Each of our homes is built for a specific buyer. We release homes for construction after a buyer has a pre-approved mortgage financing agreement and has signed a purchase agreement. This operating philosophy results in high inventory turnover rates.

It also reduces our company's financial and operating risk since we don't carry a large inventory of unsold homes or inventories of completed homes awaiting a buyer's loan approval.

We conduct market research on the targeted buyer's wants and needs. This leads Crosswinds to offer a number of standard house plans. The most popular features are included in the base price. A large selection of options allow the homebuyer to personalize their home.

We make our homes affordable for our customers by building efficiency and consistency into our home selection and construction process. At Crosswinds, we deliver high value homes at a lower cost than anyone else.
