Crosswinds Communities Design Center

Crosswinds' Design Center enables our company to offer many selections for the homebuyer. After homebuyers choose a basic design and homesite and sign a purchase agreement, they schedule an appointment with one of our professional interior decorators to select options and upgrades. This process allows our buyers to personalize the home design to their taste.

In the Design Center showroom located at the corporate headquarters in Novi, Michigan, buyers can view and select colors, options and upgrade choices for fireplaces, floors, cabinets, appliances, light fixtures and other specialty items. Prices for all selected upgrades and options are added to the basic home price and included in the mortgage.
